This is awesome! And it's really well put together. I'd love to submit something. I guess I'd have to figure out if I wanna do something ttrpg related (if you're ok with it) or possibly a short essay on epic poems and story telling.
This is an epic call out! Yes! I’d love to submit something…. Let me sort myself out. Happy for your to pencil me in for layout too if you don’t already have one. Would be a lovely collaboration ❤️🔥
I’m part of the American Library Association’s zine collective—we are librarians (and mavericks like me) who catalog, circulate, and promote zines.
Wonderful: what a brilliant job! I love a Maverick (takes one to know one) ☝️
I say maverick because I’ve done everything in the field of library & information science except for building a system from scratch 👆
Have you done anything with AI? Maybe something to earmark for later, I’m intrigued!
Have I done anything with AI? Was that a taunt? 😅
The fuck I have:

The above is a framework for information bots which is used in “front end” as a mega prompt.
Along with The Metadata Society, we’d like to push this (into production) as a way for LLMs to deliver/disseminate info in a uniformed way.
It’s open source, so all one has to do is adopt the framework language.
I do “mild” prompt engineering, and looking to teach it at a university level for fun.
Haha! No, I just think it’s a useful assistant to catalog information. You really are a fountain of knowledge, it’s so great to be connected 👌
I am a creator too—and, part of creating is ensuring that future readers/audience can access work ♥️
Librarians study the cataloging, describing, collection, and preservation of all YOU (everyone making a zine) create.
We even got textbooks to prove it:
