Ha yes it was! How can that be over a month ago? Thank you, I think it’s nice for me to look over the month and remember those little things, as we all easily forget!
SLART, roughly in order (though I promise not to comment on all your entries): not just halloumi and chickpea salad but _grilled halloumi, yum! Fabulous pic, I could eat it. I loved the HH Brown quotes and had never heard of him: money gets so bored w/o us! For the 4th of July holiday, my sweetie and I found a nude beach at one of our National Seashores right near Cape Canaveral [US Americans are so odd, right? we took a picture of the launchpad!) that cost $25 to get into! and had no toilets or changing rooms to speak of! (for $25 they should be gold-plated, right?) but it was the most splendid time. This was not right on July 4 or it'd've been mobbed, but right close.] I was pretty tickled Labour won as well, honestly. I'm a David Lammy fan since reading his memoir. I am thoroughly tickled that my very own quote has so nestled into your unconscious: "Let me repeat...doing the same thing gets easier over time." https://raisingclarity.com/2024/02/how-i-get-so-divinely-much-done/ It's better than if you knew who it was, I felt famous! The cannoli pic is just lovely, those fresh colors. There is something sacred about sweets shared if we let it be. When it's sacred, we tend not to overdo. The July 21 pic of you and Harmony may be my favorite yet, it's a tough call. Those little hands, the studious, fatherly way you look in glasses, that Haring shirt. Just. So. Dear.
Such a beautiful comment thank you! And please please comment on every post!!!
Oh wow very adventurous!!! And $25 to stand on a launch pad? Was it interesting? I hope so!
I had a feeling it might have been you haha you are famous!
Coincidentally David Lammy
Was our MP when we lived in London!
You are right there, sacred is the perfect word, as it can become addictive and therefore not as enjoyable if you let it overpower you. On this occasion, them small sweet treat was perfection 🤌🏻
Take a picture! My server won't let me see the UK Crocs site and it'd be fun to have your matching feet. It wasn't $25 to stand on a launch pad but to swim in the beautiful blue waters of Cape Canaveral National Seashore which bizarrely, given US security, is within view of the launch pad. David Lammy was your MP! I'm a bit jealous.
Yes, he’s great, I wasn’t really particularly politically aware back then but I heard of his good work in the community. Also Jeremy Corbyn used to hold his surgeries where I ran my anxiety groups.
July 3 was a great, great day.
I appreciate that as you navigate through the month that you seem to find joy in both the big events and the regular day-to-day moments. 🤘

Aw thanks, I thought it was cute too. My artist friend Lynette saw that shirt in a Charity shop and bought it for me, such a nice gift! I’ve also treated myself to Haring Crocs… https://www.crocs.co.uk/p/keith-haring-classic-clog/209488.html and Sam bought be Basquiat ones! Blessed! https://www.crocs.co.uk/p/jean-michel-basquiat-classic-clog/209486.html?cgid=men-footwear&cid=001

Oh I see! That sounds pretty cool!
Sure I’ll show you!

At first, I thought you meant Corbyn was a doctor! I looked it up. Oops! I understand now.
Ah yes, sorry, I wasn't clear :-)
No, it's transatlantic English!
